Now with the monsoon season in full bloom in several parts of the country there are many instances of viral infections and people are thinking about ways to boost immunity through spices and herbs. Rujuta has provided some really good tips to protect you from infections this monsoon.

In order to improve insulin sensitivity, you can consider adding either cinnamon or black pepper.

Black pepper and cinnamon
Both black pepper and cinnamon are spices that are used very commonly in Indian cuisine. Both the spices are capable of fighting insulin resistance. It is a condition in which the levels of glucose and insulin in the blood are too high. Insulin resistance increases the risk of type 2 diabetes.
The best part about the above spices and herbs is that they are readily available in your kitchen. Adding them to your tea is super easy and at the same time immensely beneficial.
