Since I ended up winging it in the video – as I usually do – the reps aren’t completely fixed. We do a mix of more traditional strength in addition to endurance work with small movements and holds. The pinnable image below is a different workout than the video; you’re getting two for one in this one! Either follow the video along with us, or do your own thing using the guide below.
