Hello everyone.
I am trying to find some suggestions that would work best for me. I got back into going to the gym last year, and want to really start taking it more seriously. I am an average size guy, late 20's, and I have developed a little more flab over the past few years. I am hoping to turn that flab into muscle and improve my overall core and cardio. Not looking to bulk up too much though. Over the summer I grabbed some of this: http://ift.tt/2CnB9Pp Seems like it helped with recovery and stop me from craving a ton of food after my work out, but I am not sure if its the right choice.

I enjoy the taste of what I have so if it comes recommend I may stick with it, but if there is something better for me I am open ears.
