Asking because I ate a part of a horrible contaminated apple crumble first thing in the day (spat the rest out and threw it away)- and then proceeded to make the mistake of having breakfast.

Cue 15-20 minutes later, I felt sick and puked up like 70-75% of my semi digested stomach contents

Now I'm wondering how I deal with macros for the rest of the day- do I consider the 300-400 kcals of food (not including the crumble) I ate before I puked as 'totally lost' and start anew, or something else? What would you do?
