LATEST NUTRITION
I’m an extremely active runner/cyclist but not in the shape I’d like to be because my diet is completely garbage. I’m looking to go hardcore and track every single aspect of my diet and treat eating as seriously as I do running and cycling. With that said, MFP looks great, but it only seems to track a few micros. Is there a more in-depth alternative? I understand enough about nutrition to realize that you should primarily focus on macros, but I’d like to record all of my micros too if possible.
