As kids we are often told that milk is healthy and makes our bones strong and we need it to grow tall and strong. Recently I have been trying to cut down dairy consumption as I have read about some negative effects such as inflammation and the infection of gut bacteria. Can anyone give me any specific details to this? What would be physiological effects of a high consumption of dairy products ? And what would be a problem that is created through lack of dairy consumption?
