Just had a question about kidney beans, seeing as they're supposedly a super high source of protein (I'm looking to get about 150g a day). Thing is though I see a bunch of sources, including the top Google result, stating they have about 22-25g of protein per 100g of weight, but the tin I have has 6.9g per 100g. Is this a matter of quality? Organic vs. cheap stuff? Thanks.
