I've been working nights shifts over the last few months 20+ days at a time and I've been struggling to keep my weight where it is.

I work out in the morning after breakfast which usually consists of eggs, toast, yoghurt mixed with cottage cheese and berries.

I think my problem lies with my breakfast seeing as I have a decently physical job so burning calories overnight isn't a problem.

How could I do things differently in the morning before getting to sleep?
