I am a frequent walker. In the last 2 years I've walked approximately 3230 km (~2000 miles).
My nutrition could improve and it definitively is excessive, since I keep myself overweight even though I walk this lot per day.
Keeping a walk log helps me draw some conclusions, such as that I overeat.
What I am missing is a calculator to get an estimation of the excess food I must have eaten (and should have not) for those active ~230k kcal I've spent in these 2 years.
I can easily do the math with Oreo cookies and guess that I must have eaten ~4k Oreo cookies that I shouldn't have, but I was looking for something more complex / fun (e.g. 1k Oreos, 1k glasses of milk and 2k scoops of vanilla ice-cream). Do you know of any web site that would host such a calculator?
