I sometimes laze around wanted a quick breakfast or dinner cereal to stock my pantry.
I ran through the labels and some reddit search and I ended up with Shredded Wheat and Kashi GoLean Cereal (Generic).
Now the GoLean cereal has half of my daily sugars wherever the wheat lacks protein - so whats your analysis and suggestion on this? I know I can scoop a whey protein inside my cereal to make up but seeking some insights which I may not know!
