It’s that time of year again where getting out of bed in the morning becomes no easy feat. As the temperatures drop, the temptation to skip the gym and snooze reaches an all-time high. Not on our watch, you don’t.
We’ve enlisted the help of some highly-motivated True Nutrition customers to arm you with five protein-packed recipes worth dragging yourself out of bed for. Prepare these healthy breakfasts in advance or whip them up after your morning gym session to finish 2017 strong and enter 2018 feeling better than ever.

Ingredients:
-2 scoops gluten free oats
-2 scoops #truenutrition vanilla protein
-1 large grated apple
-2 tbs almond butter
-1 tsp ground cinnamon
-1 tsp baking powder
-3 cups almond milk

Topped with:
Fresh fruit

- PUMPKIN PROTEIN BREAD BY @mamagg1
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
-60g almond flour
-60g coconut flour
-2 scoops #truenutrition vanilla whey -4 packets stevia
-2 tsp pumpkin spice
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/8 tsp salt
-1/2 cup pumpkin purée
-1 1/3 cups unsweetened cashew milk
-1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- BLACKBERRY BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES BY @nutbutterfitness
Ingredients:
1/2c whole wheat graham flour
½ scoop #truenutrition pea protein
dash salt
1/2tsp baking powder
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
cashew milk to thin
Topped with:
Banana
Blackberries
Cashew butter
& some crumbled cherry cinnamon!
