I’m currently interested in losing weight but haven’t been having any luck. I find that I only eat usually one really big meal a day, typically around dinner time. I eat a ton because of how hungry I am when it comes time to eat, and I find that I always overeat until I’m very full and the rest of the night I’m stuffed. I do this because I find it very time consuming to have many small meals.

What are some tips and tricks to making many small meals fit in a day vs. how can I make eating one meal a day healthy?
